Well friends, today is Pi Day, celebrated by math enthusiasts, like myself, around the world! Pi, symbolized by the Greek letter (
), is the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. (And yes, I could prove that to you!) Pi day is celebrated on March 14th, since as you clearly know, Pi = 3.1415926535… :)
